I am going to take you on a tour using my nature and scenery photoart.
All of these pictures are created by computer enhancement from photos that I have taken over the years.
I use the computer as my art medium because I am good at it and not good at traditional
art mediums such as oils, or water colors.
I hope you enjoy taking this journey with me.
The pictures are for sale and the prices are posted.
Just click on the picture.
I took this picture one day while I was cruising around Clear Creek in Northern California. According to the grounds keeper this goose and quite a few more survived year round here at Clear Creek. The goose was swimming by some reeds sticking out of the pond and was totally oblivious to anything going on around it. |
|
The reflection in the pond of the goose's neck adds motion to the picture leaving you to wonder just where was he going? |
Next I want to show you a scene from the red rock country near Sedona AZ. in Oak Creek Canyon.
These are called the Cathedral rocks and just about 300 yards to the left of where you are looking is the famous Red Rock Crossing.
I used this view of the cathedral because I perceived it to be more unique and unusual than the much photographed scene just to the north. |
|
As I traveled south from Reno Nevada toward Fallon Nevada I crossed a valley and looking toward the west I beheld this scene. It was so inspirational that I had to capture it.

The sunlight streaking from the clouds to the mountains really says it all.
Of course I added the clouds. That's what I do! |
Just south of Tucson Arizona is the world famous
San Xavier Mission. It is the premier example of the Spanish mission builders. It was finished in 1792.It has survived the winds of time and still maintains its' magical mystic attraction

If you ever get to Tucson, it is a must see.
